The Northwest Regatta starts today and we have a number of local sailors competing and representing the club. The normal gang of Joe, Peter, Mike and Dan will be joined by our first ever competing GLIYC female skipper Julie Jankowski in the DN class. We hope they all sail fast, if last week is any indication we could see some real mixing of places. There will be some great sailing in sternsteerers, skeeters and Dn's it might be well worth the ride to go and watch the racing.
