Green Lakes 2013 Nite sailors

What a great weekend of sailing. The ice got a little sticky the wind was up and down you name it from pushing to puffs it all happened. We had three first time Nite sailors participating in the event from the GLIYC. I think we all learned a bunch of new things, most of all was that the sailors from out of town were warm and genuine and ready to help out with anything. A big thanks goes out to Don Sanford who oversaw the national end of the event.

We had travelers from as far south as Southern Wisconsin, all the way up to our farthest traveler from Duluth Minnesota. Thanks for the those that came and hopefully had a good time, on behalf of the GLIYC we hope to see you again in the future.
