Don't forget tonight is a club work night at Norton Boatworks, the sternsteerer trailer is the project and also making battens for the sails. Hopefully with some more ice the big boats can start being put together.
This is the home of "The Green Lake Ice Yacht Club". Our club has a hundred year history of iceboating on Green Lake with our members participating in many of the different classes ranging from DN's, Skeeters, and Renegades, to Nites and Sternsteerers. This site is intended to facilitate communication within the club and with other iceboaters throughout the world. Remember you haven't iceboated till your runners have hit our ice.

If you can't sail fix or build
If the snow is shutting you down why not fix those pesky problem areas. Todd's B skeeter is in for a little cosmetic work at Nolan's Iceboat shop. It should be ready in the next few days hopefully when the good ice happens to appear on the lake. A couple of other projects have shown up as well, it is amazing how iceboat projects just materialize when one hits the shop.
