We went out yesterday to confirm local rumors and walked some of the ice and took pictures to prove it. Today we are going back to really scout it out. What we do know is the size of the sheet is pretty big, the thickness is about five inches. The surface quality is good with no atv or shanty tracks at all.
The best part about it is that it is less then ten minutes from Green Lake. We are also looking into using a private landing that is owned by a local Tavern, great food excellent viewing and a good time.
