This is the home of "The Green Lake Ice Yacht Club". Our club has a hundred year history of iceboating on Green Lake with our members participating in many of the different classes ranging from DN's, Skeeters, and Renegades, to Nites and Sternsteerers. This site is intended to facilitate communication within the club and with other iceboaters throughout the world. Remember you haven't iceboated till your runners have hit our ice.

Sunny day on the ice
Funny thing we sailed the boat on Friday night in a complete blow with driving snow it was a complete blast. It then got really dark the wind keep up and eventually the tiller woodriff key seperated. So we tied her down for the night and she was waiting for us this morning. The ice cleaned up really well from all the blowing. The only drift was around the boat.
