Thanks Randy H

When it comes to checking ice sometimes you just have to go out and do it. The ice has been real spotty around here and the east and west ends have gone over and left the middle. Well no one has been walking the ends much. It seems as of yesterday things were improving as the west end which was second to freeze is now solid I am told as of yesterday afternoon. There is a 150 yards of rough ice to get through but beyond that there was 5 inches of ice that was not layered and was solid.

Todd Morgan will check the conditions sometime in the next couple of days with his select crew. Hopefully we are sail able for the weekend. Last night we got a light dusting and it was cold so it should be making ice.

Its an early morning as we are off to Minneapolis to pickup a Nite. I think that makes 13 on the lake now. All are ready to go.
