This is the home of "The Green Lake Ice Yacht Club". Our club has a hundred year history of iceboating on Green Lake with our members participating in many of the different classes ranging from DN's, Skeeters, and Renegades, to Nites and Sternsteerers. This site is intended to facilitate communication within the club and with other iceboaters throughout the world. Remember you haven't iceboated till your runners have hit our ice.

While we wait
No reports yet on the ice other then it is cold.
In other news Joe's new Nite is almost near completion he was aligning runners yesterday and figuring out where to display his new GLIYC Nite season Championship trophy he hopes to win
this season. I have a couple of suggestions which I will save for later.
Everyone else's boat is together Emma, Rick, Drew, Maureen, Dave, Doug and Orlo's. Not sure yet on Mike and Julie's progress as they were making stuff. Also the club boat should be together as well.
We have another female racer joining the club as well who will be sailing a Nite and racing.
